We recommend dissolving 2-3 tablespoons of bath salts in the bath water. The optimal bath duration is 15 to 20 minutes at a water temperature of 36 to 38 °C. After the relaxing bath, allow yourself about half an hour of rest to intensify the relaxing effect.
